Pleased with tonight's meal. Grated garden courgette, sauted, with half a preserved lemon & finely sliced chiil. Add couscous. Saute finely sliced chicken. Remove, add more butter to pan, with garlic, capers, other half lemon, lemon juice. Serve all with the sauce poured over

A few weeks ago I dug out all my old stamps and sent them in to be replaced. 15 new stamps have just arrived. That'll probably keep me going about 5 years!!!
