    The DIY bowl cancer sample kit arrived in the post this week. One poo sample to be collected and posted back. I like how the NHS leaflet refers to poo throughout, instead of the more complicated stool or faeces. Far easier to understand.

    well, today ended up quite busy. Set up the framework for how we are storing all out HR files, published reformatted Safeguarding stuff, published new terms of reference for committee, planned an all hands day, planned the appraisal process. that'll do!
