The gaiman nda thing reads convoluted. The acts. Accusations. NDA & payment. (So acceptance of accusations?). Story breaks in news. Challenge nda broke &therefore payment to be returned. So acceptance of accusations but going to cause grief just because?

Turns on xbox to see a game sale advertised. Considering it knows exactly what games i have bought or played in previous 20 years, the lack of personalisation is poor. Why can't ML (AI) be used for useful things?
