Today was a finish work and cook day. Made a lovely moussaka. Other days I need a freezer quick meal, or others are a slow cook stew prepped at lunchtime.

Read the gaiman/palmer case notes (whatever the document is called); spent 3 hrs in a safeguarding course. Have upgraded my "why, men" to "why men". On that, I'm going to read some trashy fiction and go to sleep.

minimal time between finishing work and starting course i need to do for work. So dinner is "whatever is in this blue bag in the freezer". it's either chilli or curry

Morning world. Well, I did have an early call, but client cancelled. More time for a relaxed coffee before starting what could be a very long day ending with a 3 hour safeguarding course
