Them:"This thing is terrible you need to fix it now". Us: "well its currently undergoing a know repair process that will be sorted for your future event" Seriously, wait until you are actually going to use it and not whilst we are repairing.

Also walked in and had to deal with safeguarding issue. Men. Why, just why? (No, not all men, but have not, yet, seen a safeguarding report regarding a woman)
