Instead of the boring ibis menu, popped out to what appears to be a highy rated punjabi restaurant. Which is also playing the football and is now quite busy. Never mind, have a corner table and a view.

Looking at some book recommendations and see a 12 book series. Worth a try, I thought. Then i realised i own the first 8 & bought them in 2014-15. So let's start again and add the extras.

What was my grandparents' house is up for sale for the 2nd (3rd?) time since they left. It was originally sold with 'modernisation' required. Wow. Very different. It used to be tiny kitchen, back room, front room, hall. Front room only ever used for occasions when growing up. Now open plan...
